The Market Is All About PriceIt's been a while since we updated our news section. We've been quite busy and are pleased to report that "Starters" has agreed sales on over 90% of listings since we started the new firm, a respectable number of deals!
The market is not bad, much better than the press would have you believe. The main problem we are encountering is the tendency of (some) other estate agents to over-value to obtain a listing and clogging up the market with over-priced stock. Vendors beware, over-pricing can seriously affect your wealth.

Pleasing First WeekLast week was our first full week of trading after the launch of Starters at Scotts. Despite the chaos arising from being re-decorated and refurbished, we had a pleasing week.
Four sales agreed. This proves that despite the media de-ramping the market and instilling fear into the home owning public, the market is there, if properties are priced correctly and if buyers can raise a deposit.
Starters at Scotts and Scotts will be advertising in the Leicester Mercury on Saturday, 17th May.
