Our parent company  was established in 1993 by David Scott (who still runs both firms) and continues to offer traditional estate agency.
First time buyers are the lifeblood of the residential market and therefore very important. With this in mind, Starters at Scotts was established in May 2008. The idea is to make it easy for first time buyers to find a home.
Scotts are members of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Scotts have consistently sold millions of pounds worth of property every year, ranging from studio flats to country houses, all over Leicestershire.
Scotts have always believed that an experienced team is the key to success and client satisfaction. Everybody handling client files at Scotts is highly experienced and questions or queries relating to a transaction can often be answered immediately. Our staff turnover is very, very low.
Scotts concentrate purely on selling property and do not operate a lettings department.
